The Meaning of Ssigimo Bulikenku Emberengula-Miseeya and Divine Surrender

The word ssigimo refers to leaning on something strong. You have backbone. You have something to rely upon. You have something that is a very strong foundation, like the inner core, the hard core of a building when they are going to build a house. You know the foundation core - the first one, the strong one? That is the real meaning of the word ssigimo. You can’t ask people in Africa to tell you about the word. They don’t know it. It is an Ansenserenica name. It is the real core, the basement of the sacred hidden wisdom.
Bulikenku means… The word kenku means the supreme wisdom of the sages. Bulikenku. Kenku means to be very high in the elevated Science of Supreme Enlightenment. The word kenku also means wine. It is like wine that has been brewed and kept somewhere for maybe 200 years. The longer it stays, the stronger it becomes. The word kenku as used in the language in Uganda means the concoction that has been brewed and mixed with sugar. It is wine made from banana. In this case, it means the non-diluted ‘Wine of Wisdom, the Supreme Wisdom!
We have the word mukenkufu. Mukenkufu means one who is a very, very high scholar. Someone with practical experience and very, very highly advanced. It refers to someone having vast, pure wisdom that has probed into something leaving no stone unturned. It means one who is much more than a professor; one who has deep, deep knowledge of something and deep wisdom. He is a wise man but beyond [the ordinary]. Mukenkufu! A wise man concocted with wisdom. So, Ssigimo Bulikenku means the basement, the core foundation of the supreme wisdom.
Emberengula-Miseeya. Emberengula means, to cut into particles making every particle very smooth so that each particular piece of knowledge is refined. Refined wisdom. Emberengula is to refine. Miseeya is of endless ageless wisdom - the refined wisdom beyond the ages. Someone who has the knowledge and wisdom that is able to make every particle of knowledge simplified for you so that you will understand.
The Master Plan of Wisdom: Past Makes Present, Present Makes Future
April 1, 1997 Fairfax, Virginia ~ USA Kaluma, how is it defined? You have to define the real meaning of Kalumantanyi. That is what they have called karma in the Sanskrit language. The word karma was derived from the African word Kalumantanyi. It has so many, many meanings in different countries and different cultures. Therefore, you must define everything in such a very clean way for people to understand its origin and true meaning.
The word kaluma originates from where I was born in the dense forests of Africa, near Lake Nnalubaale (Victoria). In the ancient tradition, it is known as kalumanywera, which translates to mean, “It [an action or deed] hurts! Brace yourself!” Kaluma-nywera is a warning for us not to do things that hurt others and if we do; we have to brace ourselves because the same pain, sooner or later, comes back to us! The word kaluma means, “However small a bad action may be, it hurts.” It is sometime known by many other words, all of which explain the nature of action. Kalumbaganyi for example, refers to the effects of one’s deeds that sooner or later catapult back and attack the bearer. It refers to the force that attacks as a result of some previous action or cause. Kalibundibu signifies an action that results from a grudge leading to revenge. It speaks of some deed that remains deep in one’s heart and mind for which one strongly feels the need to revenge.
The teachings of the great Illuminated Divine Custodians of the Inscrutable Law, again and again guide us to be careful of our thoughts, words, and actions because they are very knowledgeable of the untimely consequences of our actions. They advise us, based upon the understanding of the great Law of Kaluma to forgive once angered or wronged and to forget what has been done to us. If we do not forgive and forget, we become locked in the vicious circle of revenge and avenge.
University of the Wise Ones
May 1, 2000 Fairfax, Virginia ~ USA Train people in the science of economics and investment. Train people how to invest where others have failed to invest - to go where others fail to go. It means using the unending gifts of consciousness by discovering new ideas, technological exploration, and the science of discovery in all fields. Discover by utilizing natural laws – doing something that has never been done. Develop a university of inventors. Inventors must use different aspects of looking into things in ways that have never before existed. They must inject ideas of going into new lands to eradicate poverty.
There is a need to make people think positively and constructively bout Africa, India or anywhere – to end thinking that those are impoverished countries. They created fear among ordinary people, like the way fear was created about going to the moon or mars - fear that it was against the Lord’s Divine Law.
It is well known that the brain has been misused. We use only 1%. That is where the University of the Gifted Ones comes in.
Inventors, explorers, and gifted ones - everyone has a gift but those gifts have been misused. Much new technology that has not been here is hidden within human nature to discover.
Why do we create poverty? The University is there to fight poverty and ignorance wherever it may be. Ignorance manifests in such things as racial and religious segregation or discrimination, tribal, and caste discrimination etc. That is a deep-rooted stem of ignorance out of which many lives are lost.
Think of what happened in Rwanda in the genocide of 1994. How many people were massacred because of their ethnic differences? Think of how Jews were massacred in Germany during the Second World War. Remember recently in Kosovo, how Muslims and Christians have been killing each other there. Think of how many years Catholics and Protestants have killed each other in Northern Ireland. This is what we mean by ignorance. It was a form of deep-set ignorance to keep human beings as slaves and mistreat them to the point of castrating males while having babies from women whom you never recognize as your own children.
Where are the human values in human society in this world that you claim to be so civilized, so Christian, so Islamic? Everywhere Muslims kill Muslims and Christians kill Christians. Doesn’t this show you that there is a deeper problem in present day human society? That is what we call the result of millions of years of etheric pollution! This is why we ask you to participate in the building of the Peace City, Sseesamirembe, which shall become the hub of positive and constructive planetary transformation.

Serving Others is the Greatest of all Blessings
May the blessings of the Lord always be with you so that you may serve without complaint. Your blessing in the world is the utilization of your life in the service of others of the Mighty One's children in the world. There is no blessing better than selflessly serving others at all times. Human life is more precious than the world in which we live and the heavens we desire to attain. For without life, there can be neither this world nor heaven. It is because of life that heaven and this world exist. It is for this reason that we must regard and treat our lives with great dignity and truly as an invaluable asset. It was a result of a long period of lamentation, self-abnegation, asceticism, self-immolation, and suffering. It was a period of supplication, prayer, and invocations to the Lord, Ssebulinzo-ssironi Sseggulumanda. I then understood the very nature of the most noble job, the task, the mission that I had been sent here to accomplish. I understood that the way was shown to me in order to locate the sacred perfume of the physically present Guardians, those with whom I shared the same fragrance.
I used to look at myself seeing the physical appearance or personality of my body, the lack of conventional academic education, not having been a religious priest and not having a father or mother of any public social status. These facts made me wonder:
How could the Lord have selected me of all people, the most unworthy, unfit one who could not even speak the white man's language, English!
During those years, only one who could speak English was considered a true person. My only course of action was my unrestrained tears. Deep wailing and crying, shedding tears and tears and tears down my cheeks, asking myself:
Who would ever accept my words? Who would ever listen to me? Envunyu obuvunyu [a mere maggot] in the dense forests of Africa!
My father's family was a very poor one. My father, mother, and we children lived in sheer poverty. In fact, I was no more nor less than a mere beggar! However, the Almighty Ssebuziramyeeya always provided me with consolation and assurances that everything was being taken care of.
The Living Science of Perfection

Many Initiates despise the religions and traditions other than the Path of the Saints but this is not correct and the Great Spiritual Guardians do not teach us to despise these religions. So, when you hear someone chanting the name of the Lord in any form, respect it when you know better. After all, chanting with them does not mean that you lose your understanding of truth.

I was cast onto a continent where great Spiritual Teachers, Saints and Masters do not want to come because of an immense retributive effect that is here. The great kaluma of poverty! Many Masters do not want to come here even if you invite them. They go to rich countries and there they teach spirituality. Brothers and sisters in those countries are lucky because teachers of the spirit go there where there are people from advanced countries with material wealth.
Yet, here there is no one to answer the people’s call. Many spiritual teachers or Masters, Gurus and Yogis of spirituality and esoteric knowledge have established great centers and schools in rich and accessible countries all over the world. Compassion, love, affection and unity is taught to disciples and to others yet no one has bothered to build a spiritual center or schools on this vast continent of millions of suffering people – men, women and children! This is so because it is said that here, there are vast stores of bad kaluma. Activities and established institutions teaching spirituality continue to function in wealthy developed countries enjoying high status and hospitality but they do not keep in mind this lost continent.
Our brothers and sisters in Burundi are beings of great spiritual current. In addition, our sisters and brothers of Rwanda are there where many great secrets of our ancestors in Egypt, Khemit were hidden and are kept for certain particular reasons. Yet, no one has bothered to go there.

I Am Asking You, Go Build the City!
Can you understand just yesterday for the first time in history, that particular area [Sseesamirembe] had an international telecommunication connection by cell phone! You have to utilize this opportunity.
[Reference is made to a January 2000 visit by officials of the Uganda Governments' Investment Authority who inspected the Sseesamirembe Peace City site issuing an official investment license for Lake Victoria Free Trade Zone and the building of the City]
Do not see only the negative things in Africa, the wars and such. Do not see only these kinds of failures and poverty in Africa. See Africa in a different way. It is the positive indication of your opportunity. See the opposite side of such negative happenings on this vast continent and make use of that other side of reality.
Many western countries and people see only wars, disease, and hunger in Africa and because of these things, they forfeit the merit they would have accrued if they had gone out of their way to do selfless work or service in Africa.

Global Cosmic Connections And Shrinking Distances
You cannot say under cosmic laws that there is something called America and Africa. These are artificial barriers you have created yourselves. This little pond [the Atlantic Ocean] in-between Africa and America is a backyard according to spiritual beings.
Having Universal Consciousness Within and Selfless Service to Humanity
Audience Question: “Would you explain the meaning of universal consciousness and the belief in a Prophet or Savior sent by the Lord.”
HIG Bambi Baaba Baabuwee:
To begin, universal consciousness means the clean and perfect art and highest science of pushing your efforts to result in dedicated and devoted selfless service to others every minute or hour you exist in your present life.
This is the first step in reaching true universal consciousness. Selfless service or actions that benefit the majority are the first step in attaining the highest degree of what you call universal consciousness. Seeing the good in every other person is universal consciousness. Desiring good for every other person or having good will towards every person is universal consciousness. It means practical, active love and affection for every good cause.
In no way is it concerned with an individual's belief or faith but rather with the way you spontaneously, actively respond; the way you grab the minutest opportunity to serve and fulfill the needs of others. Your allotted time is running away and is stolen by the negative power without your knowledge. It has to do with the way you spontaneously respond to the needs of those in suffering. That is what universal consciousness is.
It does not mean giving aid with terms and conditions or apron strings attached to whatever kind of aid is given. In other words, although the so-called developed countries have given aid to Africa and other so called ‘third world’ countries, they have in no way demonstrated universal consciousness because their aid was given with strings attached. It is a kind of abuse, in the spiritual sense, because it is not given with a pure heart, as a true investment in development.
If this matter is not discussed and eradicated from the hearts of those who are giving, it will create another great blow and we shall loose the development we praise in the developed world. We need to be aware of the tricks of the Negative Power.
We must see the entire planet as one homeland, one village. The message is very clear. There is no poverty on this planet. The whole world needs a very strong economic master plan. Engineers are here. Scientists are here. Architects are here. What is failing? Pollution is in the minds of the wealthy, those who possess billions of dollars. They do not want to release it.
The true spirit of universal service does not put conditions on what is offered. Once given, one knows that the Lord has given it from the universal treasury through the medium of a person or nation. Why then attach conditions to what is given to other children of the Lord?
What does it mean to say one believes in this or that Savior, Prophet, Spiritual Master or Divine Being or that one believes in universal consciousness when one leaves other people in pain, suffering and in dire need of help? Is that the meaning of the Good Samaritan? The Good Samaritan was a teaching about the lesson of universal consciousness. If you see yourself in the suffering of another of the Lord's children and you respond to that suffering in a spontaneous constructive manner, then your action rests upon the foundation of universal consciousness.
Woman: “Somehow that is not what I said. I have a Christ within me. He has a Christ within him. She has a Christ within her, so why should I help him or her since we all have the same power within each one of us? Can't that Christ power in her or him help her or him?”

You see, you describe the Christ as if It were separate. The Christ is not in multiples. The Christ is One and is all interconnected. It is a force called Christ Consciousness. It is not in each one like a small pocket. No! It is all One.
Woman: “Then why would I have to go to Japan or anywhere else to help or serve someone there?”
HIG Bambi Baaba Baabuwee:
Are you going to tell me that after we leave here today, you will not go to the mall or wherever you buy your food because you are self-sufficient in whatever you do; because after all, you have the Christ within? You have the Christ within but you need a shoe manufacturing company for you to wear shoes. You need a car dealer to own a car. You need a road construction company in order to drive your car on the roads. Why doesn't the Christ within you do all these things for you? Why do you need diamonds from Africa or gold from South Africa in order to wear a golden ring at your wedding? Americans needed to buy slaves from Africa in order to have the labor they needed to create their wealth. Britain needed to colonize many countries to obtain wealth from them yet they had the Christ within them even without going to Africa or to other parts of the world. Why was it necessity for them to venture out there? If you don't need to go somewhere else to get food, or gas, or anything else, if you don't need to go to a hospital to deliver a baby, or if you don't need to go to a doctor when you are sick then; you will not find or see the need to go to Japan, Africa or Australia to serve another human being.
I tell you my dear, so many people pass through the stage of thinking that they do not need help or they do not need to offer help or serve others elsewhere. However, when one attains universal consciousness, one is compelled to serve others because that is what universal consciousness is all about. Needing help is helping others. Helping others is needing help from them. Go out and look for people who need your help. If it is not necessary to go to Africa, look around even here in Alabama. There are many who need your service. Cosmic consciousness means doing good for other people. Universal consciousness compels you to serve others.
This is what is called advice to a friend. Read much about the nature of humility. Humility is one of the basic virtues on the divine Spiritual Path of the Great Ones. You will learn the great blessing you have been given. That is what I talked about earlier as the mistake that we, the divine aspirants usually make. We have a problem among ourselves. We love pomp and things that pamper us but when something pricks our ego-balloon like in the morning [reference to earlier discourse about spiritual responsibilities], it is very, very painful to our ego.
My dear beloved sister, do not abuse the opportunity you were given. To be given this special birth here in America is a very wonderful opportunity. Use this very precious opportunity while you still have energy in your muscles to go and serve people, particularly people who do not know you.
Whenever you are serving them, do not remember who told you these words. Do not judge the words I say to you from the source through which they come. Focus on the words not the body that is relaying the words.

Respect for All Spiritual Knowledge and Literature 5/9/96
We must humbly respect all spiritual knowledge. We must respect every piece of spiritual literature. We must be like a baby, a blind person on the Spiritual Path. We are not meant to understand all. Why? Because, if you understand all, you cannot learn. Will a hungry man eat? Yes. Will a fully fed man eat? No. If the Lord Sseggulumanda’s divine estate is eternal and ever lasting infinite wisdom, how then can one say he knows or understands all? This is why I consistently keep telling you that even all the great High Guardians are still evolving because Enzimiyooo [the higher Spiritual Planes] is infinite ever-expanding super consciousness.
Spirituality’s Starting Point 3/4/97
The starting point of spirituality is to realize the value of being alive. What gives life is the divine power of the spirit within. To be alive means to be given the chance to realize that you are by nature spirit and when you realize that, the desire to comprehend your divine spirit nature dawns upon you. This is why the starting point of spirituality is to realize the value of being alive. Such realization makes you understand that life is the most precious gift you have ever been given. The paradox is that you are that very gift! The giver of that gift, which you are, is Lord Sseggulumanda! To struggle to reach Zzimyoola Consciousness enables you to become a conscious dynamic co-worker with the Sseggulumanda now, while you still live, and shoulder your earthly duties. However, to come to that realization, you need the direction and guidance of the Living Ssembalangula-lukati.
Create an Economic Bridge Between Africa and America 1/25/97
Recapture the history of events that transpired from the time the mass of people from America went to Africa for the special event held for the first time near Lake Nnalubaale (Victoria) in the year 1987 - the Cosmic World Peace Conference in Sseesamirembe City. Recapture that history from that historic event until now. Show the kinds of programs and development that is to go into the Lake Victoria Free Trade Zone. Show how private pioneers are to create an economic bridge between Africa and America. They will not see your wealth but they will see your determination. Open a new chapter linking Africa and America based upon that bridge.
Sseesamirembe City - undated
Sseesamirembe, is the area where all of the planetary kaluma is accumulated. It is from that place that the same karmic burden has to be absolved. The international Peace City has to be built there for that reason. It is at that same location near Lake Nnalubaale, that the cradle of human civilization, the cradle of humanity is located. It is there. That is where the River Nile enters Lake Nnalubaale on its journey to the Mediterranean Sea where its waters spread worldwide. Study the history of this river, which we call River Kagera and you will be surprised with what you will find. The explorers from Europe came to Africa looking for the source of this river. However, was that their chief aim and goal?
My Desire is Only One 12/1996
My desire is only one. My message is only one – to take you back to Sseesamirembe. Without constructing Sseesamirembe City, your love is futile. I want you to go back to Lake Victoria to become the basement upon which the City shall be built. If you cannot be there physically, relocate your thoughts and let them be there through regular contributions to the work. Do something there even without physically being there yourself. There are many projects being designed that you can connect with and periodically transfer material, financial support, or skills to that project.
My word is only one. Build the divine city on Lake Victoria. Do not use words like confusion, problem, difficulty, or impossible concerning this noble project. If you use such words, you will delay the process. When the process delays, you may forfeit your merit and virtues because you do not know how long you shall be alive in this world. Such words create negative power in the process to return home. Will you have that strength? Yes. Today!
Childhood Warning 8/22/98
I was warned in 1962, not to seek a job working for someone who would pay me [remain self-employed]. When I was a young child, I was told not to go to school. I was told:
If you go to school, they’ll say that you stole the knowledge from them. If you stay as you are, you’ll not be interfered with by the intellectual fog on this planet.
Speaking Out for Liberation 7/7/98
Anything that the Lord gives me for liberating and salvaging this universe, I have to tell it to you. What I know is what was prepared for me to know. You people are going to know even more than myself. For me, I just move like a shadow. I repeat anything I see that will help liberate this planet. I will speak out. When it comes to this particular aspect of my mission, I will not compromise it for anything else. This is why I continually beseech and plead with you to take part in building Sseesamirembe International Peace City. I know its construction is a key factor in constructive transformation of this planet and will usher in an era of lasting peace, joy, and harmony for earth dwellers. This is why I call Sseesamirembe "The City of the Peaceful Dweller."
The Three Pillars Of My Life 12/7/97

Poverty Consciousness 7/4/99
Before you plant a garden, you must first know that you’ll cultivate and reproduce many plants. You must all get out of poverty consciousness! You must know you can magnetize money. The Lord prepared grace for those who do not have it but who sincerely seek to have that grace.
Being Loved by a Perfect Saint 9/6/99
When a Perfect Saint loves you, you are going to be seized by the negative power. Yes! The negative power has the duty to test your faith and love of the perfected Spiritual Guardian and Companion of the High Path to Reality. Are you aware of the worth of the love of the Living Saint or Spiritual Guardian? Do you know the value of having such love from a being of Enlightened Consciousness? You should always turn every difficult, tedious, or arduous period into divine value. Outwardly, when difficulty arises, know that something good will happen.
Always see the good in otherwise difficult or dangerous conditions. Such conditions or circumstances are brought about in the life of an aspirant to strengthen him or her. They occur to sharpen her to become a double-edged sword of the great Divine Beings in order to transform you into the Divine Knight of the Lord. If you run away from stiff difficulties from conditions of apparent poverty, you forfeit your destined never-ending wealth. You forfeit the abundant riches of this earthly life. Poverty is only an initial stage that you must pass through in order to make you a special tool of the Lord to benefit the poor of the Lord.
